MAGDALENA TUL, "Make Me Believe"

One of the fan comments under the intensely sensual, sexually provocative video for Magdalena Tul’s single “Make Me Believe” offers a casual opinion that the song would be “perfect for Valentine’s Day and date night.”

Let’s extend that thought to say that this sizzling barnburner of a track would match perfectly if that V-Day or date night was the wildest, no holds barred, most mind-blowingly adventurous one of their life. Written by Jerry Glidewell and Chad Roland, the song finds the Polish vocal powerhouse shedding a bit of her cool, AC-friendly persona and unleashing a gritty and fiery, utterly cathartic blues/rock side of her multi-faceted artistry.

Emphatically sharing a narrative about a lover making her believe again after almost giving up, Magdalena’s simmering emotional build is underscored by the tension filled piano of  Arkadiusz Nawrocki, but the real fire of the track is in the hands of guitarist Paweł Skocz, who adds a blistering solo.
